In version 4.8 of ganne impact there will be Navia and Nilou in the first banner cycle. Then in the second banner cycle their will be Emillie and Nillou.
Emilie is the new character of the game and Navia is a powerful DPS unit while Niilou is essential for teaming for Bloom damage in genshin impact.
Leaks has revealed that a new five star character will be coming on version 4.8 because after the releasing of Fontaine Region there is at least one 5 star character is coming every version, just like version 4.7 Clorinde wasn't the only five star character that Hoyoverse has added to the game there is anotherb 5 star character named Sigewinne who has made already multiple in-game appearance, has also been added to the game and has occupied the 2nd cycle of 4.7 banner. Though the speacial program confirmed that she will be in the game.
Genshin impact updates are generally divided into two main banner cycles. Each banner has four characters on it one of them being 5 star the other three are four star.
So in the 4.8 version one of the five star is going to be the new released dendro user named Emilie and the other five star is going to be hydro vision user from Sumeru named Nkilou. The 4 star charecters of the banners has not been confirmed yet.

In the first banner Nilou is the banner colleague of Navia, Neelu is a must have unit for Genshin impact teams that rely on dealing bloom damage. One of her passive talents tranforms regular dandro cores into bountiful cores which have enhanced damage potential and aoe effects.
Many fans claim that and Neelu is a must have and important consideration for any account, but they have to skip her if they want to get Yelan or Emilie the new five star dendro polearm user. By the way She is the only dendro polearm user in the game. According to the previous leaks user she can be a very good or field support for accounts which gameplay have a great connection on triggering burning reactions. The burning reactions can be a less popular popular dendro elemental reaction but this five star character can make it popular. Yelan is considered as one of the best hydro support in the game side alongside the hydro archon Furina.
